It is so important when developing new habits that you use some sort of method to track them as having a visual reference of your progress and reviewing it daily will make it far more likely you will successfully integrate your habits into your everyday life.

When tracking your daily habits it is important to use the method that works best for you whether it be tracking digitally on your computer or using a phone app or tracking physically on paper.
I created this printable Daily Habit Tracker to track and record my own daily habits and wanted to share.
It is very simple to use and as you can see from the example you can choose two different methods of tracking. Either use a table to track one habit for an entire year by putting the habit up top and the months under the habit. You can also use it by putting the month on top and listing all the habits you want to integrate under it. Either way you choose, it is a handy daily habit tracker if you prefer to track your habits on paper and you can print as many pages as needed for all the months or habits. You can also add these pages to an existing planner or bullet journal.
